The Hindi Language
Hindi is a very melodious and phonetic language. It is spoken by millions of people not only in the native country, but also in several other countries. Hindi is an old language originated from Sanskrit, a Vedic language. Approximately it is being spoken by around 40 crores Indian people across 17 states. Hindi is officially accepted by Indian government as one of the official languages for communication along with English. Hindi or Modern Standard Hindi is a standardized and sanskritised register of the Hindustani language. Modern Hindi and its literary tradition evolved towards the end of the 18th century.
When a Gujarati or a Punjabi or a Bengali you meet and interact with cannot speak your mother tongue and is also not good at speaking in English, you can use Hindi for communication. So you enjoy this advantage with Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya even Gujarati speakers and Urdu speaking Muslims. If you don’t know Hindi, you are limiting your access to only those who know English and your regional language. The ability to speak Hindi helps you to understand, learn & speak Urdu, Nepali, Gujarati, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Sanskrit and many more.
